Rashmi Gottumukkala

Rashmi received her B.Sc. (Hons.) Physics in 2020 and her Postgraduate Diploma in Physics in 2021 from Ashoka University, and aspires to become an astronomer. Growing up, she always had an interest in amateur astronomy, aided by her beloved telescope at home. At university, she was co-founder and head of the Astro Club for two years, where her passion for astronomy was revived, and strengthened. She is now gearing up to pursue a Master’s in Astrophysics at the University of Geneva with the support of the Inlaks Scholarship, beginning in September 2021. Beyond the classroom, Rashmi enjoys reading English classics, loves to crochet, cook, travel, and is passionate about her morning coffee. She hopes to find time for these little pleasures alongside her academic pursuits.
